Christopher “C3” Cardone is a Denver based solo bassist and founder of the Denver Bass Bash.  He has been playing bass for over 25 years, and even builds his own line of custom basses under the name APC Instruments.

     Using lush soundscapes, pulsing rhythms, 9 string basses (tuned down to a low F# ) that are also midi controllers, he is able to create an amazing array of musical experiences.  All performances are live with no pre recorded tracks.  He uses looping technology to create multiple layers of sounds and rhythms, all created on a bass guitar.  With a range of styles from ambient ti heavy metal, including covers by Peter Gabriel (Biko, Family Snapshot and others) an Porcupine Tree (Dark Matter, Sever), Rush, Pink Floyd, and more.. you never know what a performance my consist of!
